I was extremely honoured to receive the Ulster Tatler Women of the Year Award for Overcoming Adversity award in June this year. There were so many incredible women nominated for this acknowledgement which makes me appreciate it all the more. I was unfortunately ill with COVID on the day of the awards event but my sister Nadine Redmound was there to receive it on my behalf.
