Lisa Strutt

About Lisa

As well as having a life-long purpose to give back to other people, I’ve thought long and hard about what makes me different, the attributes that make me stand out in a busy and crowded market place. These are my five Unique Selling Points (USPs).

CURIOSITY

I’m unashamedly inquisitive and take a deep interest in others. I am endlessly fascinated by what makes people tick and I encourage my clients to get curious too in figuring out what they really
want.

COMPASSION

Life can be difficult. Many clients come to me during low points. I’ve been there too and can relate to someone going through tough times. Practising compassion by being kinder to yourself and others has many positive benefits.

CLARITY

I invite you to step out of the Muddlers Club and focus on focus on what is most important. The brilliant thing about coaching is that by asking beautiful questions, the door opens to new possibilities. Together we identify your values, priorities and non-negotiables and a clear, inspiring vision and sense of purpose emerges.

COURAGE

Feel the fear and do it anyway. I will get you ready to switch things up, do things differently, take risks and embrace challenges. Coaching will develop your courage and set you on the right path to the career and life you want to lead. Say yes to improving health, well-being, performance and relationships.

CONNECTION

Someone once described me as being “the most prolific connector, collaborator and networker they know.” I don’t know about that but I get a huge kick out of creating opportunities, meeting and introducing people and seeing relationships flourish. I’ll teach you what you need to know to achieve your goals faster.

I have a portfolio career as a coach, consultant and entrepreneur, training leaders at all levels, staff teams, entrepreneurs, career transitioners and returners.

All have one thing in common; they seek to achieve more of what they want in their life without sacrificing things that truly matter.

I’ve helped thousands of individuals, entrepreneurs and business people become better leaders, live their purpose, expand their vision and develop better relationships.

I’m also an international motivational speaker giving keynotes, webinars and workshops on relationships, networks, resilience, legacy and leadership.

I’m not a coach that pushes a purely positive approach. I have also had my own personal challenges to deal with and I am mindful of the struggles life can bring when I work with my clients.

I lost my husband John to pancreatic cancer in 2020 and it was tough. Tough for me and devastating for our three teenage children. But John would have wanted me to get on with life and that’s also something I expect of myself.

I recently shared my story on video so I could share it with you.

I co-founded Reboot together with Sinead Sharkey-Steenson. We share a deep connection rooted in our commitment to empowering women to reach leadership roles in sports. Our collaboration has led to the creation of transformative programs in Football, Hockey, and Tennis. By blending the principles of business and sports psychology with cutting-edge leadership development, we deliver impactful courses designed to inspire and elevate. Together, they have coached and guided over 10,000 women towards achieving excellence.

My career path has never been linear. That’s down to the nature of my late husband’s job which meant upping sticks and relocating around the world.

I’ve worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors across five countries.

With early roles in training, learning and development, I became a specialist in building collaborative partnerships and have led multi-agency initiatives encompassing regeneration, child poverty, employment, education, mental health and e-safety.

Between 2015 and 2019, I ran the coaching company Asentiv enabling business leaders to mobilise their strategic networks and grow their business.

I’m on the leadership team of Lean in Belfast and co-founder of Fun, Food and Philanthropy; a giving circle for girls and women in NI.

Following the loss of my late husband John to pancreatic cancer, I am now a Board Member of NIPANC (NI Pancreatic Cancer); an organisation raising awareness, providing support and helping fund local research.

I am a passionate advocate for cancer support services and use my speaking skills and lived experience to ensure no family has to face a cancer journey alone.
