The wind rushing through your hair, pedalling faster and faster. Exhilarating, liberating as though you could fly. Endless possibilities and no limitations. Propelling forward with nothing holding you back.

My name is Lisa Strutt, and I am a leadership coach and international speaker. Welcome to my latest Positive Intelligence (PQ) Programme. This year, I’ve called it ‘Release Your Brakes’ because I want to help leaders like you let go of limiting fears and restricting beliefs to lead a more purposeful and happy life.

I want to help people work out their vision, values and purpose, move beyond fear and the obstacles holding them back and close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.

I love what I do. I am passionate about supporting clients to not only reach but exceed their goals and expectations. Raised in a working-class area, my parents taught me to use my gifts to achieve something for other people and in helping them to give something back to the wider community.

Change Your Mind

Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change for a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. I’ll be taking you through a Positive Intelligence (PQ) programme by Shirzad Chamine, with whom I trained. Grounded in research, this gets right to the foundational root-level enablers and disablers of optimal performance and wellbeing. You will complete online video sessions, daily practice exercises and a weekly peer group check-in facilitated by me. Find out more about the PQ Programme here

Community

Accountability is key to the success of creating new habits and staying focused. Peer support is one of the things my clients appreciate most. In the first eight weeks, I’ll facilitate weekly group check-ins moving to monthly sessions. These are fun, interactive and full of opportunities to
learn together.
